REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At AUJ Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The product is not damaged due to customer handling.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

SIZE EXCHANGE

If the size ordered does not fit as expected, customers may request a size exchange subject to stock availability. Customers are encouraged to review the Size Guide before placing an order.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be eligible for exchange:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (if specified).

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are generally not offered for change-of-mind purchases. However, refunds may be considered in cases where:

  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the item ordered.
  • The product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability after payment confirmation.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Supporting photographs may be requested to help evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details. Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided regarding the return and replacement process.

PROCESSING TIME

Approved exchange requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item has been received and inspected.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES

Shipping charges related to exchanges may apply depending on the reason for the exchange and the applicable courier service policies.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
